My personal data includes my name, contact information (such as email, phone number, and location), the services I offer, and my service area, as provided in this form.

Purpose:

The data will be used to create my profile on the Werkara platform, publish my services, and share my contact information with potential clients seeking such services.

Sharing:

My data may be shared with clients or third parties only for the purpose of matching me with service requests.

Retention:

My data will be retained for as long as I am registered as a service provider or until I withdraw my consent or request deletion.

Your rights:

I have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of my personal data at any time. I may also object to further processing or request a copy of my data (data portability).

Withdrawal:

I can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting Werkara AG at support@werkara.com. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.

Transfers abroad:

If my data is transferred outside Switzerland, Werkara AG will ensure an adequate level of protection or obtain my explicit consent.

Financial responsibility and taxes:

Werkara AG is not involved in any direct financial transactions between taskers and clients. All agreements, payments, and financial arrangements are made directly between the tasker and the client. Werkara AG bears no responsibility for payments, non-payments, or other financial obligations arising from such relationships. Each tasker is solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax, social security, and accounting obligations under their local laws and regulations.
