  • Description of offered services and service area;
  • Professional information (experience, portfolio, availability, rates, etc.);
  • Communication with us or clients via the platform;
  • Consent records (date/time, IP address, etc.).

3.2. From clients or users seeking services

  • Name and contact details;
  • Service request details;
  • Communication with Taskers and Werkara.

3.3. Technical data

  • IP address, device and browser type, access logs;
  • Cookies or similar technologies for analytics and performance (see Section 9).

4. Purpose of Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To register and manage Taskers and their service profiles.
  • To match Taskers with clients and facilitate contact.
  • To operate and improve our website and platform.
  • To communicate with users (support, service updates, marketing).
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse or fraud.
  • To conduct anonymised analytics for improving user experience and advertising.
